Hi! My name is Zuri, I do all things nails. I’m a home based spa and travel to your home too! I’ve been in business for 12 years! When booking for home calls, please send me a text with the design and colors scheme you’d like so I can have all the products and colors needed for the nail design. Yes I do also do home calls for pedicures, and massages! When coming to me for your service/s please only do NOT bring any guest or children. If you do, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment or for your guest to wait in the car until we are finished, unless spoken to me directly first. We are working with a small space and want to make sure you are fully relaxed and me fully focused on you service/s for max quality. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations/ rebooking within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment times. You have a 15 minute grace period to make it into your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
You are now aloud to bring only 1 guest to your service with you as long as it does not stop me from being able to do your nail service/s promptly and correctly. If it becomes an issue to where I cannot do them without issues, I will need them to step out so I can finish.
If you need to bring in your child, you can now do so as long as they can sit down and watch TV or play with whatever you bring them, while I do your service/s. If it becomes an issue where I feel it’s unsafe or to where I can’t not do your nails because you have to keep moving to get them or they play with product in the room that can be dangerous to them. I will ask you to have someone pick them up and or reschedule your appointment and charge you depending on what we have done on your service/s.
